PREAMBLE

Access to the park implies full acceptance of these internal rules without reservation.
The inflatable water park is a recreational and sports area, made up of inflatable structures assembled into a floating
course. It is under the constant supervision of qualified lifeguards.


1. ACCESS AND ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • Access is strictly reserved for persons holding a valid entry ticket, purchased at reception or online.
  • Entry to the park is only permitted during opening hours.
  • Minimum age required: 7 years old.

Children aged 7 to 10 must be accompanied on the structures by a responsible adult.

  • The reserved time slot includes:
    • Equipment (mandatory life vest)
    • Safety briefing
    • Entry to the park
    • Playtime and exit

2. PHYSICAL CONDITION AND BEHAVIOR

Participants must:

  • Be in good physical condition and not have any contraindications for the activity.
  • Not have consumed alcohol or substances impairing physical or mental abilities.
  • Always behave in a careful, respectful, and responsible manner.
  • Wear appropriate swimwear.

3. EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY
a. Life Vest

  • Wearing the buoyancy aid vest provided by the park is mandatory and must remain securely fastened at all times.
  • Participants must remove all personal items that could fall or cause injury: jewelry, watches, unsecured glasses, sharp
    objects, etc.

b. Briefing
Every participant must attend the mandatory safety briefing and follow the instructions given by operators and lifeguards.


c. Signage and Instructions

  • Signs at the entrance and within the park must be read and followed.
  • Failure to comply with instructions may result in immediate expulsion without refund.


d. End of Session
At the end of the time slot, participants must leave the park without delay and return their wristband and vest in good
condition.


4. SAFETY RULES AND CONDUCT
a. Supervision

  • Lifeguards and operators are authorized to take all necessary safety measures.
  • Their instructions must be followed in all circumstances, including in the event of:
    • An accident
    • Emergency evacuation
    • Adverse weather conditions (thunderstorm, strong wind, etc.)

b. Behavior

  • Pushing, fighting, or engaging in dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Anyone disturbing the peace or safety may be immediately expelled without refund.

5. GROUPS
Groups must reserve their time slot in advance.
A responsible adult must accompany the group and ensure compliance with the rules.
Minimum supervision:

  • 1 adult in the water for every 8 children over 7 years old.
  • Children under 7 are not allowed, even if accompanied.
  • Supervision for people with disabilities must be arranged in advance according to specific needs.


6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

  • Each participant is responsible for their own safety and that of others.
  • The park is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Any damage to the facilities will result in a charge for repairs, without prejudice to possible legal action.

7. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

  • Immediate expulsion from the park
  • No refund or compensation
  • No recourse against the park operator
