1 – Service and price

1.1 The service entitles you to:

La mise en application lors d’un test pour validation par un opérateur, la surveillance, les conseils et/ou les aides éventuels en cours de séance.
L’accès aux installations selon la formule choisie (1h ou 2h). The equipment, the briefing, the entrance and the exit of the park are included in the chosen time slot.
L’accès à la couverture d’assurance souscrite auprès de l’assurance AXA et sous le contrat numéro 10632928804. En aucun cas le pratiquant ne sera assuré s’il outrepasse les consignes de sécurité édictées par le personnel.

1.2

All prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. They are expressed for the current season, however SAS Splash Park reserves the right to modify them without notice.

2 – Reservation

2.1

As part of the Splash Park, booking is recommended for individuals or groups.

2.2

The reservation can be made via our website splash-park.fr (only for the Lacanau park), the customer does not have the possibility of modifying it. At the end of the payment of the service, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail which he must present at the entrance of the park.

Splash Park reserves the right to check the identity of the buyer, he must therefore be provided with an official identity document, valid and with photo: identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit.

2.3

Groups of more than 10 people are accepted exclusively by reservation after acceptance of a quote drawn up beforehand and with payment of a 30% deposit or provision of an order form for communities. The number of participants must be in accordance with the estimate, it cannot fluctuate by more than 5% downwards. It will be possible to make a new quote request until D-10. As part of a special opening of the park, the minimum billed is €400.

2.4

The CSEs have the possibility of acquiring the Splash Park ticket office for resale to its employees. For this, after validation of an estimate drawn up beforehand, the customer will receive an invoice payable without delay. In return, he will receive tickets in accordance with his order that he can resell at the desired price without exceeding the public price practiced at the park. The ticket is single-use and non-refundable.

3 – Cancellation, refund

3.1

For security reasons, the management can take the decision to evacuate the park or even close the park without proceeding to reimbursement or any compensation once the activity has started.

3.2

In the case of groups, any request for cancellation or postponement at the customer's initiative will be made by telephone:

Penalties will be counted from the date of receipt of said email according to the table below. In the absence of written confirmation, the entire service will be due. In all cases the management fees are due.

D-30 to D-11: Invoiced 20% - Free deferral D
-10 to D-4: Invoiced 40% - Deferral €35 D
-3 to D-1: Invoiced 60% - Deferral €55
day D: Invoiced 100% - Postponement prohibited

The concept of postponement is only possible during the current season and in agreement with the management.

3.3

a- No refund will be made in the event of loss or theft of a ticket.
b- Tickets purchased online or on site will not be refunded.
c- Any hour started is due.

4 - Ticket, period of validity

4.1

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce or counterfeit a ticket or countermark in any way whatsoever. Any fraud or attempt will be subject to criminal penalties.

4.2

Tickets purchased by CSEs are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. They may be extended by one season at the request of the CSE in the event of a balance, in which case the list of tickets concerned will be requested

4.3

Tickets purchased on the Splash Park website are valid only for the date and time selected by the customer, they are non-refundable.

4.4

The ticketing of specialized sites or tickets offered as a gift voucher have a validity date, which cannot be modified.

5- Payment

5.1

All payment of the entrance fee is payable in advance in euros in cash, credit card or holiday vouchers (change is not given on this type of payment).

5.2

In the case of a reservation following the establishment of an estimate, the payment of the balance will be made on the day of the service or after the expiry date defined by transfer, check or administrative mandate without exceeding 30 days. In this case the customer will be charged non-refundable management fees. A doubtful customer may be asked for the full amount before delivery.

5.3

In the event of non-payment on time, the customer is liable to late payment fees of a fixed amount of €40 per invoice.

6 - Acceptance of GCS

6.1

The buyer of a ticket acknowledges having read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before paying for his order either on the website or on site. This is valid for groups during the validation of the estimate.

6.2

Any complaint must be sent in writing to the head office of the park. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website. www.mtv.travelwww.mtv.travel

6.3

In the event of an unresolved dispute, only the Bordeaux court will have jurisdiction to rule.
